  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience working in networking, cloud, or data center environments.
  • Experience managing NPI programs for printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) hardware with a focus on vendor management, cost control, quality/reliability, and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional program teams within Google and with external partners to prepare for production ramp or product transitions.
  • Plan and execute operations development activities, ensure transition to production within cost, quality, and capacity parameters, and ensure production transitions meet program goals.
  • Manage ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners (i.e., material availability, cost/assembly/test/BOM/capacity readiness and transition plans).
  • Drive cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain for specific reasons, while accounting for risks, changes in schedule, or demand.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Engineering, Operations, or a similar field.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • 5 years of experience in hardware and manufacturing operations.
  • Knowledge about hardware Bill of Materials (BOMs), process documentation, assembly and test processes.
