Requirements
  • 3/4 years of experience in marketing department or agency experience, with a focus on content management, content production/editing or copywriting.
  • Italian native speaker, with great proficiency in creative writing of long and short marketing oriented copy.
  • Highly skilled in the English language, both written and spoken. You will work in an international environment, all our calls and presentations must be in English, and you will also be in charge of all quality checks on localisation works (English to Italian) and processes.
  • Previous experience in the use of Phrase localisation tool is a plus.
  • You’re a great team player with an attitude to work cross functionally with every vertical’s point of contact and have good stakeholders management skills, communication, and a proven experience to manage agencies & in-house teams.
  • Detail oriented executor. You're skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous projects and activities at once. You can prioritize high impact activities and keep complicated projects moving forward.
  • A self-starter attitude that’s comfortable with constant change and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Writing copy for all marketing local communications regarding CRM, digital campaigns and brand projects.
  • Enforcing the brand tone of voice in every communication and ensuring that it is followed in every reviewed communication.
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams for the execution of cross-vertical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and with the expected outcome.
  • Supporting the localisation process for the development of global brand campaigns, working closely with the local and global brand team to quality check/assess them to be aligned to local behaviour and brand tone of voice.
  • Managing and reviewing localisations for all product assets and CRM journeys coordinated by the central team.
  • Working with the PR team to support consumer PR projects and coordinating PR coverage for brand projects.
  • Providing visibility to the team activities by writing reports and setting up decks for local and global stakeholders.
  • Planning and tracking all the activities, in order to direct report progress and results to the Senior Brand and Media Manager.

Deliveroo connects customers with a variety of restaurants through its online food delivery service. Customers can order meals from fast food chains to high-end restaurants using Deliveroo's website or mobile app. Once an order is placed, it is sent to the restaurant for preparation, and then a network of delivery riders brings the food to the customer's location. This system allows restaurants to expand their reach without handling delivery logistics themselves. Deliveroo earns money by charging restaurants a commission on orders and customers a delivery fee. They also offer a subscription service, Deliveroo Plus, which gives customers unlimited free delivery for a monthly fee, encouraging loyalty and providing consistent revenue. Additionally, Deliveroo engages in community efforts, such as providing free meals to NHS workers during the pandemic, which helps build a positive public image and strengthen community relationships.
