The Team

The team combines finance (Goldman, SoFi) and technology (Square,  Microsoft, Facebook, etc.) executives with top-tier investors, such as Founders Fund, Sequoia, Khosla Ventures, etc. We are looking to hire the best talent to join our team and help create the future of Aven. Our team includes people who have built:

• Financial products (Square/CashApp, the earliest CapitalOne credit cards)

• Consumer products (Facebook, Xbox)

• Technology infrastructure (C++/C#, Visual Studio, Windows & Azure)

Job Brief

We are currently hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team and be responsible for outreach to leads and existing applicants to bring more customers in to the Aven family. In order to thrive as Aven’s MLO, you must be customer-obsessed, analytical, and able to articulate Aven’s value proposition to prospects.

What Your Background Might Look Like

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Mortgage Loan Originator License in Missouri, Nevada, or California is a must. Big plus if licensed in additional states

• 1-3+ Years of Experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer 

Day to Day Responsibilities 

• Outbound calling to home equity leads

• Communicating with existing applicants to discuss offers
