We are looking for a Jr. Recruiter to join our dynamic People Team. In this collaborative, fast-paced role, you will provide full cycle recruiting support while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
As a Jr. Recruiter you will:
- Conduct intake discussions with hiring managers to qualify details of new positions.
- Edit existing job descriptions as needed and post roles for approval within Jobvite.
- Source and pre-screen candidates for professional roles.
- Schedule and facilitate manager interviews following our Ziff Davis Shopping Interview Process.
- Build rapport and trust with hiring leaders throughout the Ziff Shopping organization.
- Provide administrative support for HR Ops projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of recruiting or recruiting coordinator experience.
- Ability to successfully manage a requisition load of 6-8+ positions.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (preferably Jobvite).
- Experience with Google Apps, MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
