We are looking for a Jr. Recruiter to join our dynamic People Team. In this collaborative, fast-paced role, you will provide full cycle recruiting support while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. 

As a Jr. Recruiter you will: 

• Conduct intake discussions with hiring managers to qualify details of new positions.
• Edit existing job descriptions as needed and post roles for approval within Jobvite. 
• Source and pre-screen candidates for professional roles.
• Schedule and facilitate manager interviews following our Ziff Davis Shopping Interview Process. 
• Build rapport and trust with hiring leaders throughout the Ziff Shopping organization.
• Provide administrative support for HR Ops projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 

• 1-2 years of recruiting or recruiting coordinator experience.
• Ability to successfully manage a requisition load of 6-8+ positions.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (preferably Jobvite).
• Experience with Google Apps, MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
• A passion for DEI and the ability to connect with groups of people that will bring a rich diversity to Ziff Shopping.
