- Written and verbal fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication skills, with a knack for building lasting relationships
- A proven track record in managing high-volume outbound communications and lead generation

- Provide support to all corporate and satellite office staff
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries

- Previous experience as a clerk, medical receptionist, or personal assistant is a plus
