The facility will support production, delivery, training, customer acceptance testing, and onsite storage for CACI's Terrestrial Layer System Brigade Combat Team Manpack (TLS BCT Manpack) program with the U.S. Army. TLS Manpack is CACI's electronic warfare military technology for dismounted soldiers that enable the U.S. Army to fight and dominate in the electromagnetic battlespace. With room for expansion, CACI will produce this and many more software-defined electronic warfare capabilities at scale. The production of TLS Manpack also supports dozens of manufacturing and fabrication small business suppliers across Upstate New York, extending the economic impact of CACI's investment well beyond the Rochester facility.
