Requirements
  • Working toward or having completed a relevant qualification to work as a two-year-qualified Educator in Queensland in accordance with the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority requirements.
  • Complete National Child Safety Training before onboarding.
  • Have or be willing to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Have Australian work rights.
Responsibilities
  • Design and lead a vibrant, child-centred before- and after-school program for children aged 5–12 years, including science, technology, engineering and mathematics, sport, cooking, arts, and crafts experiences.
  • Own rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration.
  • Build a positive and inclusive team culture where Educators feel supported and motivated.
  • Partner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders to grow and maintain the service.
  • Lead a team of Educators and support their development.
