- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, or related technical field
- 8+ years of direct industry experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong analog and digital troubleshooting skills to the component level
- Experience with software programming or diagnostic tools for troubleshooting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Perform production and repair test activities for assigned products
- Design, develop, and implement cost-effective methods for testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment
- Prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures, and develop procedures for new products
- Author or edit technical documentation following change management processes
- Collaborate with operations personnel to establish test plans and support work cell completion rates
- Support the transition of test solutions between facilities during product acquisitions
- Communicate program status, capital requests, and improvement initiatives to management
- Proactively report operational and technical risks and opportunities within the business unit
- Provide regular performance updates to the Engineering Manager
- Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support operational goals by providing technical guidance that drives productivity
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle ambiguity while maintaining focus on long-term initiatives
