Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, or related technical field
  • 8+ years of direct industry experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong analog and digital troubleshooting skills to the component level
  • Experience with software programming or diagnostic tools for troubleshooting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Responsibilities
  • Perform production and repair test activities for assigned products
  • Design, develop, and implement cost-effective methods for testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment
  • Prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures, and develop procedures for new products
  • Author or edit technical documentation following change management processes
  • Collaborate with operations personnel to establish test plans and support work cell completion rates
  • Support the transition of test solutions between facilities during product acquisitions
  • Communicate program status, capital requests, and improvement initiatives to management
  • Proactively report operational and technical risks and opportunities within the business unit
  • Provide regular performance updates to the Engineering Manager
  • Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Support operational goals by providing technical guidance that drives productivity
  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle ambiguity while maintaining focus on long-term initiatives
