Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Three to five years of experience in project management, with exposure to business analysis responsibilities, is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
  • Experience working in both waterfall and agile project environments is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, including the ability to identify root causes and develop solutions within defined boundaries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to interact across departments and with external vendors and clients.
  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously is required.
  • The ability to manage large projects or processes autonomously with limited oversight is required.
  • The ability to collaborate cross-functionally with a strong customer service focus is required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, resources, and dependencies, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Coordinate communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, generate leadership updates, and maintain project documentation in compliance with company standards.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Translate business needs into clear project deliverables and support solution design by ensuring alignment between requirements and technical execution.
  • Support user acceptance testing, maintain requirements traceability, and contribute to post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
Desired Qualifications
  • CAPM or equivalent certification is preferred, with certification obtainable within 90 days of hire.
  • Scrum Master certification is preferred, with certification obtainable within 90 days of hire.
