Triptease is a SaaS platform that helps hotels increase direct bookings. It provides data-driven tools to optimize room availability, compare prices, and analyze guest profiles, all through a subscription-based service. Key features include a live chat tailored for hotels, targeted messaging to high-value guests, and detailed analysis of guest booking behavior to inform choices in metasearch auctions and overall strategy. By offering these tools, Triptease helps hotels manage inventory, pricing, and guest communication more effectively, aiming to grow direct bookings and improve guest experience. Unlike some competitors, it focuses on a hotel-centric direct-booking funnel and metasearch optimization within a single platform, rather than just standalone marketing or booking solutions.

Duetto debuts integration with Triptease.

Duetto debuts integration with Triptease. June 22, 2026 SAN FRANCISCO, California - Duetto announced a new integration with Triptease. The new tool, Auto Date Boost, automatically adjusts paid marketing spend when occupancy forecasts change, eliminating manual coordination between revenue and marketing teams. Revenue forecasts and marketing budgets have historically been disconnected. While tools like Duetto's Revenue & Profit Operating System can predict occupancy with precision, marketing strategy and spend often get implemented in a vacuum. The result is wasted marketing budget, last-minute discounting, and revenue left on the table. Auto Date Boost solves this problem using the Duetto Rate Engine (DRE), Duetto's API. DRE offers real-time insights, including total guest value, segment-specific pricing, occupancy, and more, to Duetto's customers and integration partners. Integration details. Triptease's Auto Date Boost leverages occupancy forecast data directly from DRE. When occupancy falls below a hotel's customized threshold, Triptease automatically increases ad spend in a key high-intent conversion channel: Google Hotel Ads. By boosting direct visibility when bookings are needed most, hoteliers can capture more revenue opportunities and optimize the overall performance of their hotel. "Revenue and marketing have rarely moved at the same speed, let alone synchronously and in real time," said James Osmond, chief executive officer of Triptease. "Auto Date Boost changes that, enabling hotels to turn commercial intelligence into direct business action. We're delighted to be partnering with Duetto on the introduction of this new integration." Hotels using Triptease Date Boost without automation have already seen the results of connecting marketing activity to demand signals: * 8 percent increase in overall visibility on boosted dates * 38 percent increase in top ad placements * 20 percent uplift in direct bookings "We're excited for marketing teams to benefit from DRE's occupancy intelligence and to partner with Triptease on our first joint integration," said John Lingos-Webb, vice president, global partnerships & alliances, Duetto. "This is a crucial step in aligning marketing and revenue teams toward the most profitable outcome, and engineering overall hotel performance through a data-driven integration."

CHTA and Triptease to host second annual Direct Booking Summit Caribbean in Antigua & barbuda. * 2 days ago As Caribbean hoteliers face mounting distribution costs and intensifying competition for direct guest relationships, the Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association (CHTA) and Triptease are bringing proven, revenue-focused solutions to the region. Now in its second year, the Direct Booking Summit (DBS) Caribbean edition returns on Thursday, May 15, 2026, at Sandals Grande Antigua - immediately following the 2026 Caribbean Travel Marketplace. "Following a successful inaugural Direct Booking Summit Caribbean, we're building on that momentum to bring even more practical, revenue-focused strategies to the region," said CHTA President Sanovnik Destang. "The summit has become an essential platform for Caribbean hoteliers to strengthen their direct booking performance, take greater ownership of the guest relationship, and drive long-term profitability." DBS Caribbean focuses on practical strategies to grow direct revenue, improve conversion, and reduce reliance on third-party channels. This year's summit will spotlight the latest in digital marketing, AI-driven solutions, and emerging technology shaping booking behavior and guest acquisition. "The first DBS Caribbean exceeded every expectation we had," said Charlie Osmond, Co-founder of Triptease. "What struck me was the confidence in that room. The industry has moved on, the questions have gotten sharper, and we think the Caribbean is ready to go even deeper on what it actually takes to win on direct. We can't wait to keep building this movement alongside CHTA." Attendees will gain insights into: Boosting Direct Bookings Learn how hotels are increasing conversion and achieving 50%+ direct booking ratios through practical, real-world strategies. AI & Automation for Guest Acquisition Explore how AI-driven marketing, personalization, and automation are being used to attract high-value guests and convert demand into direct revenue.
