Requirements
- 1-2 years of management experience.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Create an exciting and fun atmosphere to ensure a great experience for guests and team members.
- Assist in hiring, training, coaching, developing, scheduling, and evaluating team members.
- Adhere to core standards, human resources policies, training, and safety requirements.
- Drive best practices through the organization and lead process improvement.
- Address service or customer issues of an operational nature.
- Oversee daily operations across food and beverage, bowling, and arcade businesses.
- Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in staffing and training team members and overseeing operations and guest experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality and/or food and beverage is a plus.
