Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Architecture, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in system integrations and backend development, including proficiency in REST APIs, SQL, JavaScript or Python, OAuth, and web services.
  • Deep hands-on exposure to data structures and integration patterns in modern G&A systems, including Coupa, Workday, Lattice, Greenhouse, NetSuite, and Navan.
  • Understanding of LLM application patterns, AI integration tools, and modular protocol concepts such as Model Context Protocol.
  • Understanding of data security standards, encryption practices, access control models, and IT/SOX compliance frameworks for sensitive employee, financial, and legal records.
  • Familiarity with project governance frameworks, including RACI matrices for clarifying cross-team responsibilities.
  • Ability to translate complex technical and data architecture blueprints to functional business partners across different business disciplines.
Responsibilities
  • Lead integration support and comprehensive data architecture across Finance, FP&A, Procurement, ZEO Success, and Legal business systems.
  • Define and maintain end-to-end data models, data lineage, and integration patterns across G&A applications.
  • Design, build, and optimize secure API-based integrations, microservices, and file-based data flows using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, and SQL.
  • Architect and implement AI-driven automation workflows and evaluate and integrate AI productivity tools and Model Context Protocol servers.
  • Enforce data security policies, field-level encryption, masking, and access controls across integrated systems.
  • Collaborate with business systems analysts, cross-functional business teams, and security teams using RACI frameworks to map data ownership, system accountability, and technical execution roles.
  • Maintain configuration standards, technical architecture diagrams, and standard operating procedures in compliance with internal controls, SOX, GDPR, and CCPA.
  • Transition fragmented data from G&A tools into a resilient, secure enterprise data model.
  • Establish scalable, automated data connections across Finance, FP&A, Procurement, HR, and Legal tools.
  • Implement secure AI extensions or Model Context Protocol servers to optimize business workflows and scale manual reporting into self-service models.
  • Develop solutions that improve data accuracy, eliminate manual tasks, reduce operational overhead, and increase system reliability.
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, and Audit teams to uphold field-level data protection, access controls, and SOX/GDPR compliance.
  • Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and configuration standards for long-term scalability and consistent cross-functional operations.
