  • 6+ years of experience in a business development or relationship management within wealth technology, private markets, or enterprise technology sales
  • Direct experience working for or with wealth management, wealthtech or fintech firms
  • Extensive knowledge of alternatives and/or structured investments
  • Experience with SAAS offerings and wealth tech platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and sales skills with direct experience in servicing clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strategic mindset and ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects with little to no oversight
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or financial field preferred, MBA or Graduate Degree is a plus
  • Assist in the development and execution of the company’s overarching strategy aimed at supporting the Platform Partnerships business line
  • Play a key role in management and maintenance for existing strategic clients including wealthtech platforms, custodians, and client reporting partners
  • Lead platform and system demonstrations for new prospects, lead responses to RFPs, and work collaboratively with internal and external cross-functional teams on iCapital’s suite of enterprise technology solutions
  • Assist in outreach for new prospects, collaborating with senior members of the platform partnerships team on business development strategy
  • Collaborate with other relationship managers, sales teams, implementation specialists and other colleagues across the company to drive tactical and strategic initiatives and partnership implementations
  • Take ownership of projects and provide strong analytical support to teammates
  • Develop presentations with significant internal and competitive analysis for internal meetings and projects
  • Work with internal technical partners to create a product offering that meets the needs of our clients
  • Drive process improvement, in part by organizing ongoing partner and prospect requests as well as leveraging available technology
