Product Office Operations Officer

Key Role:

Coordinates facilities and administrative services, including clerical and support services, printing, mail distribution, messenger services and telecommunications. Applies basic principles, theories, and concepts and limited industry knowledge. Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity and refers more complex issues to higher levels. Works under direct supervision.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with executive support, to include coordinating across and providing mission enabling customer service and direct support organizations

• Experience with stakeholder engagements, briefings, and meetings

• Knowledge of organizational task and program management applications

• Knowledge of the military decision-making process

• Knowledge of SharePoint and basic knowledge management principles

• Ability to coordinate, develop, and oversee presentations, responses, and briefings for internal and external meetings

• Ability to manage internal and external scheduling and taskings for the product office

• Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $42,600.00 to $87,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
