Phoebe provides a care coordination platform that helps families find, manage, and pay for disability and elder care services. The digital platform connects families with a network of vetted therapists, caregivers, and other specialists, and combines communication, scheduling, and payment tools in one place to streamline care coordination. Unlike others that only offer provider listings or payments separately, Phoebe centralizes care management so families can handle scheduling, messaging, and billing from a single interface. The company aims to reduce the fragmentation and administrative burden families face when securing support services, by offering a organized, end-to-end solution for care for loved ones.

What believers are saying

  • Phoebe raised $9.5M seed funding on January 20, 2026, led by Quiet Capital.
  • Phoebe says it grew from $0 to $1M+ ARR in under six months.
  • May 2026 updates added client assignment notifications, showing product velocity and customer-facing utility.

What critics are saying

  • Quiet Capital-led funding only reached $9.5M by January 2026; scale risk remains severe.
  • Phoebe depends on agency adoption, and workflow replacement faces entrenched incumbents like WellSky.
  • If scheduling automation fails reliably, agencies abandon Phoebe and revenue collapses quickly.

What makes Phoebe unique

  • Phoebe targets home-care scheduling, payments, and client notifications in one workflow.
  • Phoebe builds AI teammates for agencies, not another family-facing directory.
  • Founded in New York in 2024, Phoebe focuses on a massive fragmented labor market.
