Celebrating Patagonia with conservation in mind. July 21, 2026 Photo credit: Marcelo Mascareno As Trek Travel prepares to celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2027, Trek Travel, LLC is excited to launch its new Patagonia Hiking & Walking trip. Trek Travel, LLC is marking this milestone by supporting conservation efforts in the region that make this experience possible. Patagonia is known not only for its iconic landscapes and biodiversity, but also for the people and organizations working every day to protect them. Travel has the power to connect Trek Travel, LLC with remarkable places, and it also provides an opportunity to contribute to their long-term stewardship. Its local partner, Say Hueque, already runs a native tree-planting program, helping restore forests affected by wildfire while supporting local nurseries and ecological restoration efforts. For every guest who joins its Patagonia Hiking & Walking trip, Trek Travel will match that impact by funding 10 additional native trees. Together, Trek Travel, LLC'll plant 20 native trees in honor of every Trek Travel guest who explores Patagonia with Trek Travel, LLC, helping reach Say Hueque's goal of 500,000 native trees planted by 2030 - a commitment that reflects its shared belief that travel should leave places better than Trek Travel, LLC find them.
