Requirements
  • 6+ years Talent Acquisition experience hiring for Senior Roles, ideally within Corporate Functions in a large organisation
  • Previous exposure to Executive level hiring would be advantageous
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships
  • Track record of delivering results in fast-paced, high-demand environments
  • Ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making and recruitment strategies
  • Experience in process redefining, continuously improving recruitment approaches to deliver best-in-class results
  • Proactive, adaptable, and confident in working in an embedded talent model
Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to understand talent requirements across a wide range of Head Office roles including Marketing, Buying, Logistics and Procurement
  • Deliver strategic hiring solutions that align with business needs and long-term growth
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing to offer management
  • Build strong pipelines of exceptional talent using innovative sourcing techniques
  • Provide market insights and data to support hiring decisions and workforce planning
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience at every stage
