The Role

We’re hiring our first AI Automation Engineer to turn manual services into agent-driven workflows. All signals, no slide decks.

Responsibilities

• Pair with the CTO to mine pain points, rank ROI, and define success metrics.
• Ship AI-first utilities or embed them into our existing products; measure impact.
• Debug front-end, back-end, and infra when agents misbehave.
• Safeguard sensitive data; zero tolerance for security regressions.
• Track and test bleeding-edge models, frameworks, and agent designs.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Full-stack mastery (JavaScript and Python minimum).
• Extensive experience building and shipping SaaS products.
• Production experience with AI/ML systems, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
• Rapid prototyping reflex; features in hours, not days.
• Strong systems-level debugging chops.
• Previous automation work that delivered measurable business value.
• Security mindset for handling sensitive data.
• Self-directed and relentless on the AI learning curve.
