Requirements
  • Ability to work in Eagan, Minnesota five days per week.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional, friendly, and upbeat presence.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, and walk for long periods.
  • Ability to work in hot, cold, or wet conditions.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to dig and back-fill trenches.
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls, screen and redirect calls, and take messages.
  • Help with the phone coverage rotation from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Greet and direct visitors appropriately while maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Support shipping materials to job sites.
  • Assist with company luncheons and other company functions.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including scanning, printing, and filing.
  • Support human resources staff with new hire orientation.
  • Provide administrative support aligned with evolving business priorities.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed.
  • Arrange travel including hotels, transportation, and airfare.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
