  • Lead executive and high-stakes internal communications, serving as an advisor to Roku's CEO and other company leaders
  • Help senior executives establish and maintain a steady, effective cadence of communications to functional teams and company-wide
  • Serve as a key member of the Corporate Affairs & Communications leadership team to ensure alignment of internal and external messaging and brand elements
  • Assess communication channels and develop impactful new ways to inform, excite and connect employees globally
  • Be the eyes, ears, and heart of Roku employees, amplifying our culture and helping foster a great employee experience
  • Drive employee advocacy to amplify Roku news and job-seeker content
