Responsibilities
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Benevity platform suite to help formulate and guide the client's operational decisions and our managed services offering (training provided but you must be curious and a self-starter)
  • Be the main point of contact for financial products for our highest grossing clients
  • Design the corporate workflow for existing and new clients to support, develop, implement and maintain scalable protocols and processes for the program
  • Support the launch of existing and new clients into the Managed Services offerings
  • Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) insight into the Managed services offering and possible opportunities and risks
