Benevity’s Financial Operations Lead will help drive the success of our Financial Operations Managed Services offering. The Operations Lead is responsible for the successful designing, implementing, and supporting of Financial Products for our top tier clients, required to support the launch of new clients, addressing any product gaps, addressing unique client requirements and leveraging our current products for the corporate program. The Operations Lead will have intimate knowledge of the offering and provide training to the members of the team on existing processes and manage the incorporation of new processes. This individual should be comfortable monitoring the details of the offering, ensuring world class execution. This role would require you to work in a hybrid environment, between the Calgary Benevity head office, and working remotely. Relocation would be required if you are not living in Calgary.
What you will do:
Operation Expert:
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Benevity platform suite to help formulate and guide the client’s operational decisions and our managed services offering (training provided but you must be curious and a self-starter)
- Be the main point of contact for financial products for our highest grossing clients
- Design the corporate workflow for existing and new clients to support, develop, implement and maintain scalable protocols and processes for the program
- Support the launch of existing and new clients into the Managed Services offerings
- Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) insight into the Managed services offering and possible opportunities and risks
Success Driver:
- Train and coach the team on the existing processes as well as newly implemented processes
- Develops and reports on key metrics to help make better informed decisions
- Monitor the operational metrics and following up as required to meet targets and goals
- Identify and remove barriers as the team iterates and moves through the process development cycle
- Document project plans for efficiencies ensuring client satisfaction
- Ensuring that the key client’s funds are being managed appropriately and all transactions are stewarded to each non-profit organization
What you bring:
- History of increasing client satisfaction, adoption, and retention
- Strong client relationship building skills including empathy, humility, adaptability, poise and persuasiveness
- Results-oriented and is resourceful and proactive
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable overseeing a variety of issues to resolution with an analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently with strong judgement
- Resilient, and thrives in a multi-tasking, start-up environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly while managing a diverse and full workload
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Team-oriented with a fun-spirit and sense of humour
