- BA with at least 2-3 years in Audit / Corporate Finance
- Partner with the Site GM and the Operations team of Wafer Fab factories to deliver cost-efficient products to internal customers.
- Help partners to identify and drive actions to reduce cost.
- Assist the Operations team with the factory Spending/Headcount forecasting, budgeting, planning, and tracking actions to achieve targets.
- Provide weekly product cost updates to the Finance management and the GM.
- Assist Cost Accounting with the period close activities.
- Analyze cost variances of actual results to the forecast.
