Requirements
- Extensive experience designing, creating, and implementing impactful learning journeys
- Experience working with subject-matter experts outside your own area of content expertise to build out learning programs and experiences
- Experience adapting content for new markets, users, or needs, and designing learning programs that can scale
- Have tried and tested methodologies for teaching content that is impactful for the learner
- An entrepreneurial spirit - you love to dig into opportunities: designing, innovating and building for the user and challenges they face
- Goal-oriented - you set clear and measurable objectives and move with intention, speed, and precision
- The ability to become a trusted and respected business partner recognized for developing a strong point of view and best practices for developing leadership skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced/startup environment with multiple initiatives
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive vision and learning strategy that supports our business objectives and the needs of members
- Identify, assess and build strategy around the learning, development and leadership needs of women in the workplace
- Define a point of view on leadership skills required for Executive Leadership via research, development, partnerships and best-in-class practices
- Stand up a learning infrastructure and tools to enable learning and development at scale
- Design formal and informal learning opportunities including, but not limited to workshops, on-demand learning, coaching circles, etc
- Create innovative and ownable leadership content, including topics, training, exercises, and takeaways
- Create training materials for trainers and facilitators to deliver the learning experiences
- Define roadmaps and timelines to ensure content is created and delivered for key moments in a users' journey
- Partner with the Product, Technology, and Design teams to determine how to surface content and learning materials for ease of use and optimal impact
- Outline the goals and impact of the learning journey; develop a methodology for measuring impact and effectiveness of the program
- Continue to adapt, iterate, and refine our strategy, solutions, and content based on member feedback and impact to ensure results meet objectives
- Stay connected with the learning and development community to keep current on trends and interesting developments in this field, enabling Chief to experiment with cutting edge ideas
