Responsibilities
  • Maintaining various financial trackers
  • Assisting in month end closing processes
  • Preparing top down financial reports for management
  • Supporting practice groups by providing financial data
  • Partnering inter-departmentally to ensure proper recording and reporting of financial transactions
  • Assisting in the creation and preparation of annual budget & quarterly forecast
  • Monitoring jobs, estimates and rate cards for accuracy
  • Collaborating with the Account lead and Biller for billing purposes
  • Maintaining and updating WIP and billing status tracker
  • Setting up and initiating job closures timely
  • Updating and maintaining Job tracker for all ongoing jobs
  • Monitoring the scope of work request repository and verifying accurate rates
  • Diligently maintaining the billing tracker and documenting each step from WIP report to billing
