Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in a corporate work environment.
  • Experience in event coordination or corporate communications is preferred.
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to quickly build productive working relationships.
  • Expertise in using Google Workspace/G Suite, Concur, and Slack.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's calendar and provide administrative support.
  • Coordinate in-person employee gatherings and manage employee workspaces.
  • Manage the NYC office and act as a point of contact for all employees.
  • Develop travel plans and meeting accommodations.
  • Research and organize information and prepare presentation materials.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate Communications team to support CEO media interviews and public speaking engagements.
