Requirements
  • At least 1 year of Food & Beverage supervisory experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in a high-volume environment and demonstrated professionalism under pressure.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods in indoor and outdoor environments at high altitude and preparedness for snow, rain, wind, hail, and other weather conditions.
  • Previous experience with point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Office, cash handling, and cash-out procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Provide support, training, and coaching to the front-of-house team to ensure an interactive, knowledgeable, and professional Food & Beverage experience.
  • Participate in the daily Food & Beverage operation, including coordinating scheduling, recognition, and performance-management duties.
  • Coordinate Food & Beverage orders and inventory with the Food & Beverage Manager.
  • Ensure accuracy in cash, debit, and credit card transactions and prepare and verify daily cash reports.
  • Act as the primary support contact for service-related issues, listen to guest concerns, resolve issues effectively, and escalate them as required.
  • Ensure the restaurant area is clean and organized.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager.
