Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a role supporting HR and/or Recruiting systems or equivalent at a global company
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong Human Resources process knowledge
  • Expertise in developing and preparing use cases, functional specifications, and technical requirements
  • Advanced analytical skills with demonstrated ability synthesizing and interpreting talent data
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think critically and communicate under pressure
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse, Workday, Google Suite, MS Excel, Tableau preferred; nice to have proficiency with other ATS solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in working with both internal and system integrator teams for development
Responsibilities
  • Drive the design and execution of a holistic talent acquisition systems & tools strategy and roadmap
  • Partner with the global Recruiting Leadership, People Team, IT and business stakeholders to design and deliver systems solutions
  • Develop training and change management communication materials on any system changes, enhancements, new feature releases and system related process changes
  • Support talent analytics initiatives maintaining all structural data housed in recruiting systems
  • Provide tier-1 and tier-2 level service desk support for day-to-day tasks including troubleshooting systems issues, building ad hoc and scheduled reports, provisioning users’ access, roles and security across recruiting systems, evaluating escalated system requests, researching solutions and sharing possible options with the Recruiting Leadership and/or decision makers for guidance
  • Review, monitor, and communicate results effectively for impact and provide follow-ups in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate thought leadership on current market trends and innovative solutions driving successful talent acquisition outcomes
