Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in sales/business development
  • BA or BS degree in biological sciences, business, engineering, biostatistics, or similar
  • Experience selling into biopharma
  • Understanding of biopharma industry dynamics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel to client sites and industry events
  • Detail-oriented and able to navigate ambiguity
  • Experience with complex sales approaches and evidence generation strategies
  • Experience in oncology or consulting
  • Advanced degree (MS, PhD, MPH, MBA) is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Lead sales initiatives with pharma accounts for Clinical Research services
  • Support strategic approach to long-term partnerships and sales with biopharma partners
  • Become a subject matter expert on product offerings and represent capabilities to customers
  • Lead critical customer-facing work to generate revenue and support commercial strategy
  • Liaise with stakeholders for scoping, contracting, and negotiations
  • Lead commercial operations activities and track metrics for performance measurement
