- Bachelor's degree required
- Contractor will be able to work remotely from home once trained, and they will be required to come to the office 3-4 days a month, or as needed
- Strong skills in SQL Server
- NET development skills
- JavaScript
- database management and data integrity
- CRM Tools like Microsoft Dynamics (desirable but not required)
- There are currently 1,000 users of CRM at Companywide
- Perform high-level software application development and serve as lead to support team for open ticket items and product upgrades
- Upgrade and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Analyze problems in terms of detailed requirements
- Design detailed flow charts
- Verify program logic by preparing tests data for trial runs
- Test and debug programs
- Prepare run sheets for routine programs
- May also do coding from flow charts, assist in determining the causes of computer or program malfunctions, and confer with technical personnel in systems analysis and application planning
- CRM Tools like Microsoft Dynamics (desirable but not required)
