Responsibilities
  • Conducting in-depth research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for sales/partner teams, ensuring they are well-versed in product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Creating, curating, and managing sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and product demos that resonate with the target audience.
  • Acting as a liaison between product development, marketing, and partner teams to ensure alignment and clear communication across departments.
  • Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of go-to-market initiatives and sales enablement programs.
  • Gathering and analyzing feedback from sales teams to continuously refine and improve training materials and strategies.
  • Providing ongoing support to sales/partner teams through regular coaching, troubleshooting, and making necessary adjustments to enablement strategies.
  • Assisting partner teams in crafting personalized messaging and outreach strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive pipeline growth.
