Requirements
  • Detail oriented with good mathematical and communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining account folders in accordance with internal Quality Control guidelines
  • Conduct annual reviews, prepare proposals, and policy summaries
  • Check policy coverages and endorsement on all new business and renewals for accuracy and relevance
  • Ability to use various online rating systems
  • Process endorsements, placement requests and invoicing: Credit, Debit, Monthly reports
  • Review policies for accuracy and adequacy of coverage, including rating calculations
  • Handle or refer insured’s and underwriter’s questions
  • Perform other specific duties as directed by the department manager &/or team leads
  • Pursue a program of professional development
  • Must have experience working with HNW carriers Chubb, Pure, Cincinnati, Berkley One, and AIG.
