Office Supply Coordinator

Job Description

TechSilo is looking for cleared personnel with an active TS/SCI and CI Poly clearance to coordinate a small supply distribution activity for a government customer in Northern Virginia area.  Candidates must be able to work independently of direct supervision in tracking supply requests and receiving, accounting for, and distributing supplies to requesters.  Ability to track supply requests and monitor outstanding requisitions is needed, as is familiarity  with MS Office Word and Excel to report delivery status/performance.  Pleasant demeanor during continuous customer interactions is critical to outstanding performance.  Candidates must be able to interface with Government program managers while submitting periodic performance reports and to confirm customer satisfaction.  Great opportunity for Government / Military retirees with the required clearance looking for follow on work. Qualifications

Attention to detail and the ability to monitor inventory and accountability of products/supplies.  Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Pleasant customer service demeanor is needed.  Must be able to lift products not exceeding 15 pounds on a continuous basis. Must be able to provide deliveries in specific office facilities continuously during the work day. TS/SCI with CI Poly required. Minimum two years of experience. Minimum of high school/GED graduation. Use of personal vehicle for deliveries (within 10 miles) may be a requirement and costs will be reimbursed.  #CJ
