Requirements
- 4+ years experience in a similar content role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (technical writing a plus)
- Familiarity with tools and systems related to content management
- Experience in building relationships with cross-functional teams
- Solid grasp of key metrics related to successful customer support
- Ability to break down complicated concepts into simple, easy-to-understand content
- Exceptional attention to detail, outstanding time management, and organization skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Experience using Zendesk, Slack, Asana, Google Workspace (G Suite) preferred
- BA/BS degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Create and update MX content across multiple channels (Help Center articles, macros/canned responses, internal knowledge bases) on a regular basis
- Create copy that is informative, engaging, audience-appropriate and strategically delivered to support our customers along their journey with Oura
- Ensure content supports our brand standards, style guidelines, and legal and compliance requirements
- Learn about our customers, and identify gaps and opportunities to improve MX content
- Work with appropriate teams to localize materials as needed
