Regional Partner Manager - Americas

The Regional Partner Manager will be a leader driving our strategic partners success in Americas, in close alignment with multiple cross functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Strategic Partnerships and Product. You will work closely with Network Equipment Providers (NEPs), Cloud Platform and ISVs and Hardware partners and execute our joint regional Go-To-Market plans. You will develop and manage regional executive relationships with these partners, ensuring close alignment between partners and TSB sales and GTM teams. The role requires one to be an ambassador of TSB Strategic Partnerships team and drive measurable impact with our partners to ensure TSBs success in Americas.
What you will Achieve:
As Americas Regional Partner manager in our Telecom Systems business, you will be key to the success of both Dell, and our Partners strategic growth, and objectives.
You will:
Develop and Execute Partner Strategy: Build and implement the Americas partner strategy in collaboration with Strategic Partnership leaders and TSB Sales leadership, ensuring alignment with NEPs, Cloud & ISVs, and Hardware partners.
Foster Key Relationships and Alignment: Drive account mapping and engagement between key partners and TSB sales teams, maintaining alignment and maximizing mindshare of Dell TSB within partner organizations to drive preference towards the TSB product portfolio.
Manage Regional Activities and Executive Relationships: Create and manage executive relationships with key partners, executing regional activities such as joint marketing campaigns, PRs, and events to drive incremental TSB revenue and pipeline.
Oversee Partner Engagements and Conflict Management: Handle day-to-day engagements between partners and Dell field teams on customer opportunities, managing conflicts and escalation effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication: Navigate cross-functionally between Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Alliances, effectively communicating Dell Technology’s Telco strategy and the Strategic Partnership strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
Promote Growth and Innovation: Exhibit a growth mindset, self-starting attitude, and the ability to work in a rapidly expanding business unit, focused on establishing Dell Technologies as a leader in 5G infrastructure technology from edge to core to cloud.
Essential Requirements
Undergraduate degree and 15+ years relevant partner management experience experience, ideally with a business development or sales facing role within the Telecom sector
Solid telecom market and product knowledge in Americas, with a detailed understanding of the Communication Service Provider (CSP) landscape
Knowledge of (and relationship within) the Telco Partner Ecosystem including NEPs, ISVs and Cloud Providers, Hardware vendors and Global System Integrators in the region
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills; Strong leadership and analytical skills
Desired Skills
Knowledge of Dell’s TSB product portfolio
Experience of working with Nokia or Ericsson
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is: $334 - 561k TTC
