Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of customer-facing experience as a solutions architect, sales engineer, or partner engineer in a data, security, or SaaS product company, with 3+ years of experience in a leadership/management role
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team of solution engineers and project managers
  • Experience coaching, managing, and developing a team of customer-facing architects and engineers
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering professional services to enterprise-level clients
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement processes and methodologies to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Solution Engineers and Technical Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of onboarding services to our clients
  • Develop and implement processes and methodologies to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify opportunities for professional services and provide pre-sales support as needed
  • Partner with our customer success team to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing support
  • Work closely with our product team to provide feedback on product enhancements and new features based on client feedback
  • Develop and manage an onboarding services budget and forecast revenue projections
  • Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction through effective communication, project management, and problem resolution
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance for the architecture and design of solutions that directly benefit our customers and partners
  • Convert abstract business ideas into technical architectures, designs, and implemented solutions
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause investigating and proactively identify opportunities to resolve issues
