Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cash management duties, such as processing and recording of bank deposits
  • Monitor customers with past due balances and contact them via telephone, email, and mail to resolve outstanding balances while strengthening and growing your relationship with them.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and invoice requests
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ payment concerns
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
  • Assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process by identifying areas for performance improvement
  • Additional accounting/administrative tasks as assigned

Warburg Pincus acquires Vermont Information Processing for $1B

Warburg Pincus has agreed to acquire Vermont Information Processing, a software firm for beverage distributors, for approximately $1 billion, including debt, according to sources. The deal is signed and may be announced soon.
