  • Minimum Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics or related; Masters preferred
  • Proven experience sourcing, structuring, negotiating, securing, and managing investment projects
  • Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards relevant to project finance

Responsibilities
  • Lead the structuring and negotiation of project finance transactions, including debt financing and other financial instruments
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative financing structures
  • Coordinate with project development teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
  • Develop and maintain financial models and projections to support project financing activities
  • Prepare financial reports, presentations, and investment memoranda
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards
  • Responsible for the maintenance of each project during construction and after completion
