Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support by answering phones, replying to emails, greeting visitors, answering routine questions to determine needed resources, make referrals, and provide information on events, policies, systems, and office services
  • Process event reservations in The Source for CIO usage of academic spaces
  • Process event reservations in EMS for CIO usage of student activity spaces
  • Learn how to use all necessary EPS programs
  • Participate and contribute in EPS Staff Meetings
  • Assist in the development and implementation of EPS policies
  • Assist in communication with Contracted Independent Organizations (CIOs)
  • Other duties as assigned
