Requirements
  • Relevant experience managing a dynamic store within the fashion retail industry.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in the effective running of the store by delivering enhanced sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service delivery, and ensuring that daily duties are performed by the team in a positive atmosphere.
  • Ensure an excellent level of customer service is provided in the store.
  • Plan, apply, and monitor the required measures to reach and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyse and review management indicators and costs to improve them.
  • Ensure and collaborate in the implementation of merchandising standards and optimise selling space to obtain maximum profitability.
  • Be familiar with the collection, and control and manage stock to maximise sales.
  • Act as a role model and promote effective communication within the team.
  • Recruit, train, and ensure the seamless integration of new employees.
  • Lead and motivate the team, ensuring the development of staff potential.
  • Plan, organise, prioritise, and distribute tasks, optimising resources and minimising costs.
  • Ensure the optimal management of personnel administration duties.

Mango Secures $3M to Solve Construction Cash Flow

Mexican fintech Mango has secured a $3m funding round led by Ironspring Ventures to address cash flow issues in Latin America's construction industry. The funding will help Mango expand its credit and payments infrastructure, grow its contractor and supplier network, and enhance its internal teams. BBVA Spark also provided a credit facility. Mango's platform offers embedded credit and real-time risk intelligence to streamline procurement workflows and mitigate payment delays in construction.
