Responsibilities
  • Join the talented Implementation Management Team
  • Work closely with technical team leads, project managers and other stakeholders to determine their critical tasks, identify contractual milestones and associate interdependencies across the program to develop and maintain a detailed, resource loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
  • Develop and maintain summary level schedule (Gantt) reports, milestone charts, and other program management tools used to support critical path analysis, near term tasks, priority based resource allocations, performance variances
  • Prepare project and program status reports based on current and forecast schedules; implement and maintain schedule change control
  • Conduct and facilitate weekly IMS reviews with program team
  • Manage schedules, review project status, and understand how to assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
  • Actively monitor project progress with an emphasis on problem solving
  • Follow schedule version control processes, policies, and procedures
  • Work in collaboration with project managers to drive efficiency in project execution and accuracy in project reporting
  • Prepare trend analysis to identify problem areas and submit recommendations for corrective actions
  • Perform schedule estimating and updating for new work and remaining work
  • Troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems
  • Maintain accurate records/paperwork
  • Be willing to work outside of normal business hours as required to meet deadlines
Desired Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • MS Project Server experience (not required, highly desirable)
