  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related field
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in a communications or marketing role (focus on internal communications preferred)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Proficiency in AP Style
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines and function in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Desire to learn, innovate and grow as a communicator
  • Experience with a rapidly growing company in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Previous experience launching and managing an employee intranet
  • Experience leading a team
Responsibilities
  • Work cross-functionally with various departments to determine internal communication needs and help create valuable, engaging, on-brand messages delivered through various mediums (including email, chat, video, intranet, print, etc.)
  • Develop creative campaigns with multiple touchpoints to educate, increase awareness and drive engagement with company purpose, values, DEI and philanthropy initiatives
  • Manage the day-to-day writing, editing, formatting, development and delivery of internal and external corporate communications for designated partners
  • Work closely with People (HR) Team to strategize and execute operational internal communications
  • Develop content to support our talent acquisition marketing and employee brand
  • Help strategize, implement and manage the employee intranet
  • Write and coordinate production of quarterly employee newsletter
  • Assist with coordinating company town hall meetings
  • Plan and manage master internal communications calendar to align with corporate key communications and timing
  • Create and manage internal communications dashboard to measure success
  • Partner with other departments to assist with external communication needs for customers-developing and executing campaigns using mediums like email, in-app messaging and more
  • Review transactional communications from across the organization to ensure all communications match SageSure's tone and style
