  • Support multiple clinical research technology projects with a focus on delivery of the scope on time, within budget and with a high-quality outcome
  • Lead internal and external meetings for successful project execution and post go-live/implementation
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
  • Provide prompt response and resolution to customer inquiries and requests
  • Create training and support documentation
  • Manage identification and resolution of clinical trial data inquiries
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Interact with and/or lead a cross functional team of professionals from Product Operations, Product Management, Network Operations and Sales/Commercial
  • Collaborate with Product Management on feature requests and enhancements
  • Support on-boarding and roll-out of software applications in a clinical space
  • Mentoring and/or managing Professional Services staff
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Creating training and support documentation
  • Assist in the maintenance and updates to Professional Services SOPs and Work Instructions
