- 3+ years of IBM i (AS400/iSeries) development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Strong experience with RPG IV / RPGLE, CL, SQL, and DB2 for i
- Experience supporting or developing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and distribution processes
- Experience with EDI, APIs, or system integrations
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Develop, maintain, and support IBM i / AS400 warehouse management applications.
- Design and modify RPG, RPGLE, CL, SQL, and DB2 programs related to warehouse operations.
- Support WMS integrations with ERP systems, handheld RF devices, barcode scanners, shipping systems, and third-party logistics providers.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution for warehouse and distribution operations.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, deployments, and change management processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, interfaces, and procedures.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Monitor system performance and ensure application stability and data integrity.
- Assist with after-hours support as needed for critical warehouse operations.
