Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or more advanced degree, in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of cumulative experience spanning IT systems administration, IT system/software development and integration, IT system/software development and integration, IT system/software testing, cybersecurity compliance, IT system troubleshooting, and incident response
  • 2+ years of experience in system administration of Sponsor Systems
  • 6+ years of experience in application design, development and deployment of classified IC systems of similar scope and complexity
  • 4+ years of combined experience in Sponsor’s Amazon Web Services environment (C2S or C2E) cloud systems administration, containerization, cloud environment management, and compliance assessments
  • Experience with SecDevOps tools, such as CI/CD, code repositories, testing suites
  • Experience providing troubleshooting support for IT systems within IC environment
  • Certified in AWS or equivalent cloud technology
  • Experience with object-oriented programming languages, designing and administering relational databases, NoSQL data solutions, IT system/software testing and configuration management practices
  • Experience using IT operational status tools of Amazon Web Services and implementing IT Operations situational awareness insight using monitoring and logs, such as in Splunk dashboard, Elastic Search, ServiceNow
  • TS/SCI w/Poly
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of the web-based tool using AWS cloud services on Sponsor's classified systems
  • Drive and implement application architecture to ensure reliability and compliance with Sponsor and federal requirements
  • Oversee coding standards, code reviews, and QA practices.
  • Drive the integration of APIs, databases, and other services to support functionality for non-technical users.
  • Partner with compliance officers, legal, and the Program Managers, to ensure development, documentation, and reporting meet regulatory expectations.
  • Work closely with the IT PM and Sponsor stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Continuously improve system reliability, monitoring, and automation
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Agile requirements management and sprint planning for technical IT development teams
  • Master’s Degree in any of the above disciplines
  • Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, or equivalent
