Requirements
  • 12+ years’ experience securing network security solutions and services in public cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure)
  • Detailed understanding of cloud and network security
  • Experience deploying and tuning security tools to address threats and lower risk such as vulnerability scanners, static analyzers, web application firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security monitoring, etc.
  • Knowledge of networking and web protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS, REST), and the ability to analyze traffic to find anomalies
  • Ability to program/script for automations in at least one language; Python, GO, JavaScript, Bash, or PowerShell
  • Highly technical with both tactical and strategic capabilities, including Network Security, Cloud Security, Platform Security, and Detection & Response
  • Emphasis on a data-driven, decision-making mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with distributed teams and other cross-functional stakeholders
  • Highly collaborative in a fast-paced team environment
Responsibilities
  • Act as the subject matter expert for network security solutions and cloud platforms at Autodesk such as AWS, Azure and GCP
  • Develop standards, design patterns, provide guidance for managing and securing network security solutions
  • Discover, remediate and validate security issues, vulnerabilities and misconfigurations across cloud and data center infrastructure
  • Provide security best practices and guidelines for network security solutions
  • Provide guidance for overall alignment of security tools and services to monitor or provide visibility for networks, endpoints, and workloads in the cloud
  • Develop enforcements to secure network security solutions and cloud platforms by default e.g., Infrastructure as code enforcements
  • Provide Security guidance to design and operate scalable processes to provision network access and maintain least-privilege
  • Partner closely with IT Operations and Trust stakeholders
