- Facilitate technical and functional specification workshops.
- Monitor technology developments and propose areas for improvement.
- Audit existing systems and assess client needs.
- Design, automate, and model business solutions using Power Platform tools.
- Design agents with Copilot Studio.
- Conduct technical and functional acceptance testing.
- Write engineering, integration, and acceptance-testing documentation.
- One or more Microsoft certifications or an MVP title would be advantageous.
