  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in crafting tech product interfaces.

Responsibilities
  • Define and implement the design framework that will be the cornerstone of all Zuma product interfaces and experiences.
  • Lead the design process from concept through to execution, crafting wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features.
  • Work closely with product management and engineering teams to align product strategy and design philosophy.
  • Conduct and apply user research and usability studies to iterate and refine designs based on user feedback.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards across the company.
  • Lead and scale the design team as the company grows, playing a crucial role in hiring and mentoring new team members.
