Product revenue surged 52%, with customers purchasing larger hardware appliances to support AI infrastructure, increased network traffic, SD-WAN and operational technology security requirements. CFO Christiane Ohlgart cited broad-based global demand across multiple use cases. Unified SASE grew 35% to roughly one-quarter of sales, whilst FortiSASE billings more than doubled. The company is leveraging its existing SD-WAN customer base to expand SASE adoption, combining cloud security with edge hardware. OT security billings rose 55% as organisations increasingly recognise risks facing critical infrastructure. Service billings increased 26%, and remaining performance obligations reached $7.7 billion. Ohlgart said customers are moving towards larger appliances, with average selling prices rising even after normalising for component cost increases.
