Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services as part of a 145 bed Skilled Nursing Facility inpatient program.
- Utilize streamlined therapy procedures and systems for care delivery and documentation.
- Use state of the art therapy equipment and computer systems for email, time keeping, resident notes and billing entry.
- Focus on stroke recovery, orthopedic rehabilitation, contracture management, cognitive retraining, prosthetic/orthotic training, and other various therapy programs.
