Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of professional experience working in a Project Management or Implementation role
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities required
- Professional experience working with external clients in a team environment, preferred
- Able to write technical and operational process documents as needed
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction, collaboration, and self-learning
- Excellent multi-tasking skills required to carry out multiple projects on time
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with Carrier partners, their groups, and internal resources to ensure a successful implementation and smooth hand-off to Customer Success Managers and Production teams, as well as successful execution of renewals and mid-year changes
- Gathering requirements, configuration of groups onto the platform, scenario testing and providing feedback, and responsible for direct customer interaction to report on project status
- Lead and project manage roughly 40-50 implementation, renewal, or mid-year projects at one time
- Provide technical guidance to troubleshoot issues found during testing
- Prioritize testing efforts based on Carrier client needs • Act as liaison/facilitator across technical and operational departments
- Coordinate and identify project responsibilities and maintain project plan/timeline
- Lead requirements gathering discussions and provide requirements documentation for external dissemination
- Other duties as assigned
